· VivoBiome Data includes information related to your sex, foot size (including foot scan information) and shoe size if you are a customer of our VivoBiome products (“VivoBiome Customer”).

We do not knowingly collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we knowingly collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). · We use a third-party technology provider, Volumental AB (“Volumental”) to collect and process personal data of our VivoBiome Customers for the purposes of estimating shoe sizes and improving customer experience. When you create a Volumental 3D scan you can choose to have it displayed in your Vivobarefoot customer dashboard through a link to the Volumental website. · We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot. · We use an external company, Yotpo Ltd (“Yotpo”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address, order number and relevant product SKU with Yotpo. If you decide to submit a product review, additional information may be shared with Yotpo, including your IP address, product images you upload, quantities purchased and prices paid. 3. Our Legal Basis For The Use Of Your Personal Data
