1. The Data We Collect About You

Personal data is any information about an individual from which that person can be identified.

We , use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:

·        VivoBiome Data includes information related to your sex, foot size (including foot scan information) and shoe size if you are a customer of our VivoBiome products (“VivoBiome Customer”).

If your personal data appears in Aggregated Data (such as statistical or demographic data derived from the data of multiple users) so that it still directly or indirectly identifies you we continue to treat it is as personal data governed by this privacy notice. We do not knowingly collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we knowingly collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

2. How Is Your Personal Data Collected?

Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity Data, Contact Data, Financial Data and VivoBiome Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

o      request marketing to be sent to you;

o      enter a competition, promotion or survey; or

o      give us some feedback.

Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:

o      Identity and Contact Data from publicly availably sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the EU.

·        We use a third-party technology provider, Volumental AB (“Volumental”) to collect and process personal data of our VivoBiome Customers for the purposes of estimating shoe sizes and improving customer experience. ·        We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot. ·        We use an external company, Yotpo Ltd (“Yotpo”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address, order number and relevant product SKU with Yotpo. If you decide to submit a product review, additional information may be shared with Yotpo, including your IP address, product images you upload, quantities purchased and prices paid. 3. Our Legal Basis For The Use Of Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when we have a legal basis and the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
